It’s about time I heard some news about the main characters from “Gilmore Girls”: Alexis Bledel and Lauren Graham. They are not that popular and there aren’t many news or pictures about them as the other stars (e.g. Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt). So, I’m happy whenever their names come up.

Alexis Bledel is trading in her “Traveling Pants” for hospital scrubs.
The former “Gilmore Girls” and “Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants” star will return to TV for the first time in two years to guest-star on the series finale of NBC’s “ER,” People reported. She’ll be playing a new intern, Dr. Julia Wise, in the April 2 episode.
I don’t believe I’ve watched an episode from ER. In fact, I doubt I’ll see Alexis appearance, cause the show isn’t aired in Romania and I’m not such a fan of movies/shows in which the action happens in a hospital. Actually, I’m waiting for the new “Sin City 2″, which will come out in 2010, but I don’t know if Alexis will play in the movie (I can’t find her in the cast list from IMDB) but you never know.
Alexis Bledel also appeared in the Glamour magazine, as Rosie the Riveter, along with Hayden Panettiere, America Ferrera and a few more, in a pictorial presenting the American Icons.

Lauren Graham plays Miss Adelaide in the Broadway revival of “Guys and Dolls,” now playing at the Nederlander Theatre in New York.
I wish both of these two actresses would be more active and have more roles. But I guess if they would be as exposed as Paris Hilton or Lindsay Lohan I wouldn’t like them as much as I do now. But it’s sad, cause I really can’t see Lauren Graham on Broadway (living in a different country kinda makes it impossible) and I already explained why I won’t be seeing Alexis Bledel in “ER”.
