There are moments when I can be brilliant and then there are those moments when I can be a total moron.
Unfortunately, most of the times I am a moron.
I am now aware why I cannot afford nice things, why people cannot take me serious and why I haven’t changed as much as my friends have. I shall be the eternal adorable idiot. Yes, adorable because being just an idiot is too common.
There is no such thing as being perfect, but there are some people out there that are pretty close to being perfect.
My biggest flaw has always been my skin. I have really dry skin. I must admit that I am very lazy and I don’t always moisturize or even shave for that matter. If fluffy legs would be as cute for humans as they are with cats I would be the happiest person ever.
I don’t have a skin regime, nor do a me time set aside just to pamper myself. Which is weird since I waste a lot of time in front of the computer or playing silly games. I waste a lot of time looking at gorgeous people and wondering how do they do it?
Well, I’m sure they do it just by taking care of themselves. It’s not rocket science, if you want to look good you take care of yourself. It sounds so easy, but when you put it in practice you really need a lot of determination not to give up.
So, I came up with a pretty simple plan: Exfoliate – Moisturize .
It won’t be a daily thing. I don’t plan on making it a daily thing, Heck I live in the real world so, no. I must be true to myself and know that with my lifestyle it will be impossible to do something on a daily basis, besides going to work. So, I will stick on those 4 steps once every two days. It might not be much but its a beginning towards being awesome and stuff.
Then there’s my face… I can hide my legs and my body under clothes, but I really cannot wear a mask. My face is oily and I get a lot of pimples from constantly touching. I managed at one point to stop touching my face and to keep a daily routine then I fell off the wagon and that was it.
But, spending time on the Internet made a bit jealous on certain people, for example Yoona from Girls Generation or Hyomin from T-ara. I know that I probably picked the worst examples ever, since they are idols and have an army of people behind them that made sure they are perfect from head to toes. That and the fact they are Koreans and everybody knows Koreans have the most flawless skin ever. I swear they don’t even have pores, their skin is like porcelain.
Still, they are a good example. Its proof that you can achieve a flawless complexion. Now all that I need is to become an idol… That or just find out what they are using and hope to God I won’t go broke to buy all the products they might be using.
Leaving the jokes aside, I really want to have good skin. I just need to find something that works for me and just take care of myself. Also, I’ve found a little video that just blown my mind. I shall never underestimate someone that is wearing natural makeup (Korean style).
And I’m sick!
I hate it when it happens and I hate it even more when I have to stay at home. Its not that I don’t appreciate the fact that I can be lazy all day long, the part where I have to go to the doctor is what I dislike. No, I’m not afraid of doctors, I just hate the long waits with other sick people. Its depressing.
I could complain more but its not worth it.
I got to stay in bed all day long, I played Pokemon, watched TV, slept, ate good food and just slacked around. I also had good company. Seriously, there is nothing better than a cat to keep you company when you’re sick.

I missed watching a good TV show. I really did! With all the crap that is on TV right now, no wonder we only keep the cable for the Discovery and cartoon channels.
I am very grateful for people bringing up old TV shows to the attention of the world, because this is how I found “Boy Meets World”.
Boy Meets World is a TV show that started in 1993 and ended in 2000. It was never aired on the Romanian cable (which is a pity). I started watching the series about 2-3 months ago (I will be forever grateful to the Internet). It has 7 seasons per total and I am currently at the 5th season. I don’t want it to end.
It’s about a weird kid going through school and life, with funny situations and with awesome life lessons. This one is just a small example of what people today are missing.
Why can’t they make shows like this one anymore? Seriously, what happened to television. Especially sitcoms like this one. Why did they stop making them?
Besides enjoying this series, I also feel in love with the actors. Never heard of them before, but now I can recognize them without any problems. They are serious actors and such awesome role models, both in character (in Boy Meets World) and in real life. My favorite by far is Topanga Lawrence played by Danielle Fishel. She’s everything that today’s society tell us not to be, and yet she still is a beautiful woman.
I also loved the fashion of that time, with large sweaters, lots of layers and just the lack of technology, especially of cellphones. Whenever I watch a new episode I get a trip down the memory lane, back to my very fun and weird teenage years.
I now understand why people get depressed when an awesome show ends. I still have 2 more seasons, what will I do after that? I need to find more awesome shows like this one.
This was a nice weekend. It might’ve been gloomy, I might’ve been lazy but it was a nice weekend altogether. Not even the constant rain could dampen the mood. In fact it was awesome that it rained, we cuddled in bed with Marlanu’ while we watched TV.
We had pizza, went to the park, went out with family and for the first time ever we saw 2 movies in a roll at the mall. We saw 2 Guns and Riddick 2. The movies were great and all, but I am starting to hate going to the mall to watch a movie. There is always someone that hits my seat, or multiple people speaking on their phone or even speaking in general.
It’s annoying and I feel like going Hulk on them. I can dream, can I?
Still, it was funny. I also noticed that I was the only one there that didn’t gave a rats ass about appearance. There was me: jeans, sneakers, a baggy sweater and no make-up and then there was everyone else. Sometimes I think I pay to much attention to this, but its weird being the only one with a fresh face and not dressed to impress. I even get crazy ideas like I am a slob and that’s why I’m the only one. I can’t be the only one, can I?
Oh well, I will live.
This was an awesome weekend, and something tells me that it will be a while till we repeat the experience.
3 more months and that’s it, the year will be over. What have I’ve been doing with my time?
This year flew by and I only have a few memorable moments. It seems that I’ve been slacking a lot this year. I dunno, I don’t feel like anything got done. It might be me or it might be the weather. Still, I was looking in the old records of my life and it felt like I got more done and went places.
This year, I can honestly say that I kinda blew half of what I had planned for myself. But, there are still 3 more months. Can I catch up?
I dunno, but I miss those old days when things where new to me. Darn you routine for ruining my youth. I also need to let Tumblr alone for a while.
I got feelings watching this movie. It’s amazing how many memories a simple Anime can bring back.
I missed Dragon Ball, that’s a fact. I’m very happy they released a new movie this year but my God it was so tame compared with the original series. No kinky jokes, no Bulma nudity, Vegeta was transformed into a wuss, Goku into an “idiot who only thinks about fighting” and the rest of the characters were there just as a background.
Then again its hard to make a good Dragon Ball movie since the fights take most of he screen time. As Johnny said, in this movie the first part is about Bills (The God of Destruction) eating different things while thinking about Super Saiyan God and the second part has the fight between Goku and Bills.
Still, it wasn’t bad.
It a was a good trip down the memory lane. The graphics were cool, but I seriously had a problem with Goku’s pink hair. Why pink? Why?
Oh well, at least the gave Vegeta and Bulma more importance. Yet, it didn’t feel like Vegeta and Bulma. I mean if Vegeta wanted to slap Goku, he would slap him. He wouldn’t command Bulma to slap him, no matter how scary she may be to Goku.
I’m sorry, I can’t help it. I love so much the original DB and DBZ, that anything after that kinda irritates me. Its fun to watch the new movies and all, then the inner geek in me comes out and starts complaining.
Don’t mind me, just watch and enjoy the movie.
