I haven’t been in Predeal in a very long time. It’s been so long that when we went there this weekend I just couldn’t recognize anything besides the slopes. The old hotel where I’ve been with my classmates at the end of high school is long gone, the streets are different, the shops we used to buy food from have been replaced.
That and during the off season the place is deserted.
It’s sad, but besides eating and getting drunk there was nothing for us to do there. I know it rained making hiking impossible for us, and around 5 PM all the places were closing.
